Ms. Huang Binan, born in 1971, holds a professional qualification as an economist and a bachelor's degree in management from Renmin University of China. Ms. Huang joined the Group in 1997 and has served as the official secretary and deputy office director. Since June 2008, she has been the office director of the group. Since September 2015, he has served as the vice president of the Group.

Mr. Wang Shaoliang, born in 1973, has a Master's degree in Bridge and Tunnel Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University, and has worked since 2000. He had worked at Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen Municipality for many years, serving as a senior staff officer in the Major Project Coordination Department, Deputy Director of the Major Project Coordination Department, Deputy Director of the Urban Development Department, Deputy Director of the Social Development Department, Deputy Director of the Major Project Coordination Department, and Director of the Major Project Coordination Department. He had also been the Deputy Director of the Shenzhen National High-Tech Industrial Innovation Center (Shenzhen Development and Reform Research Institute). Mr. Wang has extensive experience in project management and administrative management.

 

Mr. Wen Deliang, born in 1982, holds a bachelor's degree in transportation from Changsha University of Science and Technology. Mr. Wen worked in Total Logistics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. from 2005 to 2008 and was the project manager of the investment management department; from 2008 to 2015, he worked in Shenzhen International Holdings Co., Ltd. and was the deputy office of Shenzhen Shenzhen International South China Logistics Co., Ltd. Director, Project Manager of the Corporate Management Department of Shenzhen International Holdings Co., Ltd. Mr. Wen joined the Group in June 2015 and successively served as the Deputy General Manager of the New Industry Research and Development Department and the Deputy Director of the Office. He has been the Director of the Office of the Group since August 2016, and has been the Vice President of the Group since December 2021. Currently, he concurrently serves as the chairman of Shenzhen Qinglong Expressway Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Shenzhen Expressway Commercial Co., Ltd. and other positions.

Mr. Du Meng, born in 1974, has the professional title of senior engineer and a bachelor degree in civil engineering from Jilin University. Mr. Du joined the company in 2002 and served successively as deputy general manager of the project, general manager of the project management office, deputy general manager of the engineering management department, and deputy general manager of Shenzhen Expressway Construction Development Co., Ltd., and has successively served as Shenzhen-Shenzhen Expressway Infrastructure Construction since November 2017. General Manager and Chairman of Environmental Protection Development Co., Ltd. Since December 2021, he has served as the vice president of the Group.

Ms. Gong Taotao, born in 1973, is a certified public accountant in China and a registered asset appraiser. She has a bachelor's degree in auditing from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a master's degree in business administration from Fudan University. She has many years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing and risk management. Ms. Gong joined the Group in 1999 and successively served as the general manager of the finance department and the general manager of the audit department. From November 2002 to August 2018, she served as the chief financial officer of the group. She served as the vice president of the group since September 2018. From January 2018 to September 2018, he served as an executive director of the Group. Ms. Gong is currently also serving as a director of some subsidiaries and investment companies of the Group.

Ms. Zhao Guiping, born in 1973, is a certified public accountant and a registered asset appraiser. She has a bachelor's degree in auditing from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a master's degree in business administration from Fudan University. Ms. Zhao joined the Group in 2000 and successively served as Assistant Manager of the Finance Department, Deputy General Manager of the Finance Department, and Chief Financial Officer of Shenzhen Express Investment Co., Ltd. Since December 2016, she has served as the General Manager of the Finance Department of the Group, and since September 2018 The chief accountant of the group, Ms. Zhao currently also serves as a director of some subsidiaries of the group.

Mr. Chen Shouyi, born in 1971, has the professional title of senior engineer, a bachelor degree in highway and urban roads from Tongji University, and a master degree in highway and bridges from Tongji University. Mr. Chen served as the general manager of Shenzhen Longda Expressway Co., Ltd. from 2008 to 2015. He joined the Group in 2015 and successively served as the general manager of the engineering department and the chairman of Shenzhen Express Construction Development Co., Ltd., and has served as the chief engineer of the group since September 2018.

Mr. Sun Ce, born in 1965, has extensive engineering construction management and project management experience. He joined the Group in 1997 and served as the General Manager of the Engineering Management Department of the Group from July 2011. From September 2015 to November 2021, he served as the Vice President of the Group. In December 2021, he served as the deputy leader of the leading group for the renovation and expansion of the Group's machinery and equipment.
